Lowes Foods on Fresh Drive

Prices are good. Food is good. The store is pretty large. They have a wonderful sausage section of the store.

I managed to select a dish soap with a broken lid. Until I noticed this, it had spilled onto a greeting card in my cart. A lovely manager in the bakery, where I was picking up some muffins, immediately took the soap and card from my cart and said she would take care of them. I picked up a replacement card and made my way to Customer Service to purchase some instant lottery for my husband to enjoy (belated father's day). It was quite busy, plus "Cat" was obviously training new personnel as well. Cat pointed out new lottery picks and also offered to cash out the items in my cart. No wonder the place was packed!!!

Used the deli and bakery, there was a kid that was on his first day and he was engaging and courteous. He was obviously nervous but seems a breath of fresh air in this generation of kids stuck with their faces in their devices. Bakery bread was so good it was sold out and they had the good sense of having more made in the back, COOLING on the racks.

Friendly staff! The produce is always fresh. The store is clean. There is always something cool happening there, whether it is the beer den having a tap takeover or Trivia, community table making something yummy, or a Triday Night sampling event.... there is something for EVERYONE!

Loews is always clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff is always very helpful and polite. Add all that to the superb Sausage Station and every visit exceeds my expectations.
