Service: Our server was the slowest as we looked around and noticed the group next to us had been ahead on all of the food and drinks. She never collected our plates until the very end. Everyone everywhere had been cleaned off. Next to us they were offered coffee near the end, we were not but given a tip tray with her name. Would have gotten 5 stars if she would have been on top of things.
Show: The horses are beautiful. I know nothing about them but wondered why they were slobbering the whole time, all of them. Then my daughter pointed out that during some of the acts they look as though they are unable to move their heads other than in a downward position. I hope the treatment of the horses are good and they are well taken care of. Just bothered me.
The acts were fun to watch otherwise.
We wish we could understand what they were saying. We would have liked to hear the story line or anything they said. Not sure if there is a way they can adjust the speakers.
Food: We were first given the option of Pepsi, Diet Pepsi or water. Then we received about 2 oz of tomato soup. Then a piece of garlic toast. Half of a chicken. Then together about half of an ear of corn and a half of a potato seasoned. After awhile a small cup of vanilla ice cream. I liked the taste of the food and felt it was a large amount minus the soup.
This is a great place for entertainment and dinner. We did enjoy ourselves.

My family decided to go on our vacation this past week, and it was the highlight of our trip! The show is wonderful and the staff is amazing from start to finish. Sean reached out to me post visit for a question I had and was great as well. We definitely will be back and are so so so glad we went! Thank you medieval times for the hospitality

Great Family Fun! My two older kids 16 and 18 as well as my parents, 72 and 74 enjoyed the show immensely. I think for all that goes into the show and the obvious expense required not just to pay staff but for care of the animals the cost is very reasonable. There's not really a bad seat although next time I would try to arrive much earlier to get more of a center seat. The main course meal was fantastic! The soup Chicken, potatoes and bread were excellent and again we enjoyed to novelty of eating with our hands. The only portion of the meal I was not pleased with was the desert (Ice cream just kind of blah) and the Coffee..Oh my gosh bad. I mean tasted like muddy water bad. Still over all, we were all pleased.
My singular real complaint that did affect our enjoyment of the show, and the reason for four stars vs. 5 was the sound quality. We were in the Green section near the Queen's box and maybe it's just this location but none of us heard a word that anyone said the entire show. We could tell they were saying something but the vast majority of it was very muffled and just not clear. I would have liked to have heard the actual story but as it was we had to settle for gathering for ourselves what was happening. I hope management would investigate this and maybe consider adding some speakers in this area in the future.

What a great time!! I can't believe I waited so long to do this. The food was great. The actors and servers were fantastic and so skilled. Fill up your spending budget before you go so you can afford the drinks and a ton of cool souvenirs and other medieval memorabilia and paraphernalia available. The show is best when everyone participates, so please don't go and be a wallflower. Get into it! ????
On a practical note, I really appreciated how organized and well timed everything is. The show and serving operates like a fine tuned machine. Lastly, go early, you'll wait but it's worth it. If you do show up last minute you'll still get a great show because there isn't a bad seat in the house.

We LOVED our experience! The show was wonderful and interactive, the food was perfect and the service was unbeatable. The staff was so respectful and courteous, regardless of how busy they were. It was wonderful! We will absolutely go back and take in another show. Moira (please forgive me if I've misspelled the name) was SO friendly.
