Nacho Hippo

The food is amazing! I am usually not a fan of Mexican foods, but Nacho Hippo definitely changed the game. We decided to order takeout as the restaurant wait was almost two hours (yikes); our order only took 20 minutes and was amazing! Takeout server/worker was super nice despite being super busy. Not the best idea if you want a quick dinner, but if you need an evening off from the beach and want great food, this is the place! Wish she had more locations. Next time you’re in Myrtle, give it a try.

Delicious nachos!! We ordered 2 large servings for 5 of us and had plenty to go around! The beef meat is very good, while the chicken was a little on the bland side. Their tacos are amazing as well! We had friendly, kind, quick service. Fun little place!

Food was delicious and fresh. If you can make it through a long wait time it is well worth it. Prices are reasonable and plenty of variety on the menu. Had minor issue with getting our order correct but looking forward to coming back next year with my family.

If you haven't eaten here, then stop thinking and go. If you're on vacation, then go before you leave even if it means delaying your leave a bit. This place is one of the best to eat in the state. It's great with good service and good atmosphere. The nachos are where they shine with huge plates that you'll have issue eating through. (Try the make your own!) The deserts are great, and the alcohol is too! Their other food is delicious as well! My girlfriend loves their pork tacos. We go almost once a month. It's phenomenal!
