Nakato Japanese Steakhouse

We had reservations for a party of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). This place is fantastic for kids... you don't have to worry about kids talking too loud at this place and the food is awesome.

The interior decor is a little outdated, but that's about the only complaint. The chefs are really entertaining and love joking with the kids.

Can't wait to come back. We hope to make this a beach trip tradition.

I’ve been going to Nakatos for years . One of my favorite all time restaurants. Best hibachi I’ve ever had . For the early bird this time for the first time ever , not as much food as normal but for the money you couldn’t beat it . Best steak and the noodles are a wonderful addition. First time I’ve had sushi there. Had The Godfather roll. One of best meals you will have on the grand strand !

Always a favorite when we visit North Myrtle Beach but like most japanese steak houses the price is not inexpensive. I tried the catch of the day which was grouper. All of the food was tasty. The chef was great with the kids and very friendly. We will go back again.

Great restaurant and interactive atmosphere. Our chef was amazing, and so friendly and talkative! The food was good and generously proportioned, and service was good too. It was very entertaining and I would love to go again.

Very nice and clean restaurant. The staff was super nice and helpful. The food was on point. I really enjoyed my meal and the quality of the restaurant. I loved that fact that you were allowed to sit at a table verses sitting at the table with other people. It felt like a more intimate setting for me and my husand on our anniversary.
