Sea Captain's House

The wait staff is very friendly and professional. There is a dress code of no sleeveless shirts for men. We weren't aware of that until we got there. They were very nice about it and offered to sell me a t-shirt so we didn't have to lose our parking spot and drive back to resort. Food was excellent and I even had room for some key lime pie at the end. If ever back in Myrtle Beach, this will definitely be a return visit.

Great hush puppies and one of the best she crab soups around. The atmosphere is very nice being on the ocean and the service is friendly but a little slow. On our last visit the twin lobster tails were very under cooked, almost raw. We sent them back and they were perfectly prepared the second time. The seasonal veggie was green beans and mushrooms which were bland and had only 2 pieces of mushrooms. Go for the hush puppies, she crab and overall atmosphere but don't expect to be wowed by the food.

What an amazing gem. AMAZING food, with amazing views. The staff was eager to make sure everyone had exactly what they needed, and the food was out of this world good.

Their She Crab Soup is hand made everyday, and tastes like it. If you leave without ordering the soup, you're missing out.

There's also outdoor seating with live entertainment.

seafood was fantastic!!!.. hush puppies superb. she crab suit was quite thick and cream heavy, but had a nice flavor.. and such a nice location.. the sides were terrible - boiled green beans and cauliflower without seasoning... overall nice experience - our waitress was quite nice.
