Jabob has excellent customer service and came out prepared with condiments for my order. I think sonic is very lucky to have someone as friendly as him

Had to repeat my order 6 times it’s not busy but how hard is it if I said “I would like 2 number 7 Chile cheese large tots and 1large cherry limeade and 1 medium cherry limeade

This Sonic Drive-In has been a decent fast food option with a lot of options on how you order your meal. For me, it's been a surprise how well it can compete among it's competitors. What keeps me coming back are the offerings at specific times such as 1/2 priced burgers on Tuesdays and Happy Hour after 8 PM for 1/2 drinks, slushes, and shakes. There is even an app to order ahead and for the most part it's been the most reliable and stable vs competitors.

As for the food available most of it is prepared well and tastes great at decent price. In most situations, the food your order at least looks somewhat like the pictures while competitors often look like a hot mess.

I've had very few actual issues at this location. My orders are usually correct, low error rate on my orders even when I order ahead, and even when it gets busy they do their best to get your meal out to you as fast as possible (excluding roller skates).

My only personal gripes are that the breakfast sandwiches and the fries are /very/ salty which keeps me focused on other parts of the menu

Sonic is good as long as your expectations are in check. If your looking for a great 5* burger this place probably shouldn't be on the list but if your looking for a quick fast food burger for a good price this is probably the one. Mozzarella sticks are great. They bring the food to your car if your into that. Quick service. Will definitely be back with the family as it's convenient.
