The Old Bull and Bush Pub and Eatery

We ordered the fish and chips and the Brie the Brie was really good fish and chips was a little greasy maybe the oil wasn't hot enough not sure? We sat at the bar the bartender she was very sweet.

I've lived within a mile of this place for four years, and I'm SO mad that I've only now tried it! I understand the atmosphere is different during different parts of the day and week, of course. Nighttime, I hear, is quite lively. I went in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. There were a couple people there, much more my speed. The bartender was very welcoming and charming.

I had the full breakfast, and my love (who had visited the pub a couple times before) got the steak and ale pie, and my goodness, everything was divine. My fry up was absolutely delightful. I usually can't eat that much, but everything was so beautiful, I couldn't not finish it! I managed to steal a bite of the steak and ale pie, too: the filling was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and I've never had a crust so flaky!

I'm also told that they have a jazz performer every first Friday of the month, so I'm definitely going to try to see that at least once, and they have different events on different nights, too, like trivia, bingo, and karaoke. I think it's safe to say I've found my new favorite place in Myrtle Beach.

Tooooooooo loud we have been there twice loved the food the service and the price. But we mentioned twice each time that the live music was way to loud. The server thought so to but it never changed. Tonight we stop by for fish fry but this time it was way to hot and again music was way to loud. This time we didn’t stay. You shouldn’t have to scream at each other to have a conversation. I wish that would change because we would love to go back. We are back tonight. Much better no loud music and they made the attempt to keep the place cooler. Looking forward to our meal. Thank you
