The Original Benjamin's Calabash Seafood

This place was phenomenal! I thought it was going to be a long wait because the line was way out the door it did take 45min-1 hr but they have so much decor to look at I didn't even realize it. The bartender was very good (yummy frozen drinks). Then we got to the food and WOW!! The crab legs were absolute perfection I went back to the food bar 4x. No complaints at all and my next trip I plan on going back 5x lol

Well worth the money. Food was excellent, especially the crab legs. Staff worked very fast and efficiently. Pleasant wait staff that was extremely attentive. A lot of things to see while visiting this restaurant (great ship models, nice gift shop). Highly recommended

Ate there today with my family around 2:30pm we wanted to beat the crowds. The food was plenty of variety! I have several allergies and was able to eat well. My kids enjoyed the food and all the boats decor. We had an awesome waiter! Will O'Neil, a tall fellow but kind and excellent customer service! He took the time to show my 11year old how to properly eat a crawfish. He was very attentive to our needs. My crab legs were hot and delicious I really enjoyed them! My husband tried a lot of different foods and said everything was good and fresh tasting! My only complaint was that it is COLD in the seating area, so take a jacket like I did an you will be fine.

The service was good. The food on the other hand needs some work, the crab was a bit over cooked and too salty. Hush puppies were a bit dry. Salad was tasty. However the fried foods were too greasy and cold and chewy. Salmon was too salty and fishy tasting not fresh. The ice cream was good. the cake a bit dry. The fruit salad was mealy. Majority of the food was salty. Eh I'm being a bit critical. The atmosphere is good crowded but good. Cleanliness was good. It was fun to come with the family. The price for adult was a little steep for mediocre quality but there is a go kart facility next door that's fun for after dinner shenanigans.

Amazing seafood buffet and a reasonable price. All you can eat and a HUGE selection from the buffets.
The servers are on the ball here! They wait in line and escort you to your seats then take care of your beverages and any other items you may need. Will definitely go back!
