    Went in today, Wednesday, because I was walking by and saw a sign for $2 lattes. Yum! Love Dunkin’s hazelnut iced coffees. Ordered one for myself and my boss with a toasted bagel and cream cheese. When ordering, I’m sure the gentleman was training, and I was saying $2 lattes so it was all very confusing, and he asked a coworker for help. Another gentleman clarified that the $2 latte is only for loyalty app members. Bummer, but I guess it’s been a few years since reading comprehension class, because the sign obviously said that. Anyway, waited for my order...they hadn’t gotten that I still wanted 2 at full price! Weird miscommunication, but the gentleman (I’m assuming was the owner or manager) made it for me free of charge. Just wanted to give a shout-out to this team, especially when food service is so hard right now. Incredible customer service, y’all!

    Went to this Dunkin’ while I was on vacation. Staff was great and my latte was done correctly every time. No complaints.
