Best service EVER!!! Every server, and I mean EVERY SERVER, checks in on you. They're so polite and professional. All different personalities, and cultures make you feel welcome.The general manager ( Justin ) is the best! Personally made sure our experience was the best it could be. I'm definitely brining my wife back here for out special occasions in the Future! I'm so glad we chose this location over the Myrtle Beach location.

The General Manager Justin was amazing and was working with his staff the entire time to ensure we had a wonderful service. Joey was an excellent waiter! Even said goodbye before his shift ended! Even when one of our drinks spilled our waiter jumped immediately to fix it and brought my husband a fresh plate of food and replaced everything with fresh grilled food. The key lime pie was so smooth and delicious! We had an amazing time and we will only visit this location going forward. Each and every staff member was kind and thoughtful. As a retail manager myself I felt so welcome and relaxed my entire time. Thank so much to each one of you!

I had passed Rioz many time and finally had a social function which was hosted by Rioz. Justin and his team did a great job! My first time visit was wonderful! Food was really yummy, staff was friendly and eager to serve. Needless to say, I am not a buffet kinda guy - however, Rioz really offers an upscale dining experience. Salad bar is really exceptional, with a diverse offering....Chick, beef & pork offered table side is really nicely prepared and yummy. I would say the drinks are a bit expensive, not really an issue since I am not a drinker. Its a nice facility, so, Rioz is spotless....very nice! Highly recommended! Well done Justin & team! My wife and I stopped in for a quick date night after Thanksgiving with family to have some time to ourselves. The restaurant is very nice and open. The staff was exceptional and checked in on us at regular intervals. The selection of meats was great and the pineapple is simply delicious. Definitely worth stopping in and having dinner if you’re in town. You can’t go wrong at Rios.
