Rio Chico - Hardeeville

Been here many times since they opened. I've tried several dishes; tacos, burritos, fajitas, and enchiladas. All are terrific! Just be careful not to fill up on chips and salsa! :) They are so good!

If you visit, ask for victor , he is an amazing staff member...Food was absolutely fabulous... Nicely decorated with the art being amazing!!! Wonderful place for lunch or dinner...

Rio Chico is a great place. I think their seasoning is great on the meat, though some people wish it was a little more mild. I'm not big on spice and heat, so take that as you will.

The food is fresh and served with the usual things you expect-beans, rice, guac, sour cream. A few plates don't include all the sides, and I feel those plates have plenty of food on them, so it's not missed... Though I usually will order a side of spur cream with the grilled tacos.

It's a very clean place, though I think the keep the glasses very close to where they keep the beans. I keep getting dressed now served to me with a little bean splatter on them. Not a major deal for me, but I can imagine some people who are more sensitive might demand a clean glass under that circumstance.

Just came for the first time on a busy Sunday afternoon. We were immediately sat and attended. Dalaisha was our server and for how busy she was, she did an awesome job. The food was great and portions were huge. I had the shrimp, scallops and ribeye. Delicious. Would definitely recommend to try out.

VERY IMPRESSED...and I'm difficult to please! They opened about 3 months ago...
I had chicken fajitas. They were great! Large portion...tasty and the chicken was fried up with onions, tomatoes (!), sweet peppers and they come with mushrooms, but not for me!
My husband had Nachos Supreme. Very nice helping of meat and LOTS of their guacamole on top.
Their guacamole is delicious! Good mix with just enough onion and tomatoes! Corn tortillas were warm.
Service was great, good attention and our order was correct!
Highly recommend...but don't go when I want a seat! Lots of parking out front...check it out!
