UPDATE-Third visit to Viva Chicken at Redstone and Joshua was working again. He and Jeremiah did an excellent job with customer service.

Just happened upon this location, it makes the 4th location I've visited and the food was great as expected. So far Viva Chicken has been able to stay consistent in the freshness and quality of there food and been able to maintain clean locations with great staff. Great place to enjoy a meal, you won't be disappointed.

I have allergies to spices. Joshua, Sarah, Alexis & Brent went the extra mile to ensure that my order was perfect for me with great taste & no concerns for me. Thanks for great attention to service. I highly recommend this place and the people that work there.

We love Viva because of the great food and customer service. We have been to several locations, but the Indian land location is by far the best as Joshua is simply the friendliest, most outgoing guy who leads by example. He always is running around delivering food to guests, wiping tables and doing whatever he can to make the experience to best for his customers.

First time trying Viva Chicken. My daughter enjoyed her salad, my 1/4 chicken meal was decent, but not as flavorful as I anticipated. My niece and others love their food, so I may be the odd patron where the food just isn't my cup of tea. Good looking place, comfortable atmosphere, I was not disappointed but not blown away either. Fruit cup had a nice blend and taste, but the side of soup was overwhelmed with the amount of scallions and chopped red onions in it.
