    Absolutely our favorite stop. Everytime we come through the Columbia area this is our one stop to eat. The honey mustard bbq sauce is delicious and available for purchase at every stop. Would love to compliment all of our waitresses or waiters that we've had all of you are exceptional in what you do. Every visit has been wonderful and delightful. Will be coming back soon.

    Good, not great. Hush puppies were excellent. Pulled pork was very good. Golden sauce was ok. Did not like the hash. Very friendly staff. Just fine for a quick lunch on the road.

    BBQ at Maurice's is always good. I tried the fried okra and it was excellent. Just sorry we don't have a Maurice's closer to us. This one looked like a hole in the wall, but had great food and excellent service. Plus it was clean!

    Really good BBQ. I'm not a fan of the hash, but it was different. My buddy liked it and I didn't dislike it so I didn't take off a star. The restroom is outside, so beware if it's a rainy day...

    I have to admit Maurice's BBQ is delicious. We are going into 2019 very soon, and we as a people should let the past be just that. Even with the history of this company, more African/Black Americans are now working here and enjoying good food. A different mind set is what it takes to move us forward.
