Kiki's Chicken and Waffles

Customer service is great. Red velvet waffles are delicious. My only problem is, there are too many hairs and feathers on the chicken. Is the chicken being cleaned is my concern?.

First place was much better service… the quality of the good was good, but the monster is in the details, like little ice and things like that. Would not advise you eat here for the service, but again the food was fine. Go to the other location for better manners

Best atmosphere, customer service, AND food! We will definitely go back again. If you get Richard, he is amazing! Those mashed potatoes and gravy are right up there with my mom's and I have NEVER said that before, especially mashed potatoes from a restaurant.

This was my 2nd visit 1st time at the new location. The food was excellent however I didn't like the fact that the host wouldn't let us sit at the booth/tables. I like sitting in booths and this location doesn't have booths. I was told the booths/tables were only for large parties? I think customers should sit where they want. Especially since we were there at a non busy time.
