O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

My family and I eat here pretty often and we have never had a bad experience with the service or the food. We ate there today for lunch and our waitress, Alyssa, was incredible. She was very interactive and personable with all of us. She was very timely with anything we ordered or needed, to better our time there. Given the opportunity, we would love to have her as our waitress again the next time we eat there.

The special hamburger was priced Right and the French fries were hot and tasty. The waitress did a good job. The rolls we're good too. Less ice in the ice water would have been helpful. I am not sure my hamburger had lettuce or tomato slices. These are important to me.

Always consistently good food! Had to wait for refills and a table, even when there were plenty of empty tables when we finally were seated. Indicates not enough staff maybe?

Great family restaurant. Kids eat free! Prices are affordable and portions are right size. The service was excellent. Our server was attentive & timely in every aspect. The manager visited our table twice. The food was delicious and everyone in my party enjoyed their dishes. There is an all you can eat catfish dinner on Thurs as well as an under $10 menu. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you have kids as they eat free. You can't be the value.
