Marco's Pizza

Decent pizza, wings aren't that great. Have a place to dine-in but do not have ice to put in the cups which they do provide. They send you coupons in email to bait you back but the coupons cannot be used if you have anything that is on special on your order, even if you have items on your order that are not on special. So basically the coupons are bait and switch. I will continue to order pizza as it is pretty good for a chain pizza joint.

I really enjoy Marco's pizza, I love the deals they have online and the food is always fresh when it arrives at the door.

They messed up my order, had to wait a long time. They apologized, made corrections, and didn’t charge me the price difference. I will come here again because they were genuinely courteous

My sister and I called in an order , but when we got there to pick it up... we were told that it wasn't ready,....then we were told that our pizza was accidentally sent out the door with another customer,
However the wait staff was very sympathetic and genuinely apologetic the assistant store manager personally made us another pizza and credited the full amount back to our account. I didn't get his name, I wish I would have because I just wanted to say that he certainly handled the situation the correct way pizza was absolutely perfect.I just wanted to say thank you to all of the staff at Marcos Pizza (My home town) Redbank,,S.C.

Staff was great. Went to pick up my pizza that I'd ordered online and it wasn't made. They put the order in, comped my meal, and gave me a coupon for a free pizza. Pizza was good too.
