Good, but a little pricy. Definitely go at lunch for their lunch specials and deals or you'll be stuck with a rather puzzling large bill at dinner if you order the wrong thing. When it comes to the food, everything is quite good, but the root cellar burger is stellar with the fried green tomatoes and other toppings working in mouthwatering harmony. I would also recommend onion rings and sweet potato casserole as well as the baked potato for sides as these are filling and some of the other sides are quite small (mac and cheese for instance)

Very good food with great flavor. Great service and attentive staff. We had two issues; the silverware had a film on it, and the lack of circulation in the building left the kitchen smoke and oils hanging in the air. Otherwise a great experience and we will be back!

Great food, great service and great local owners. Beautiful upscale rustic vibe. All the food here is fresh and delicious, I haven't found a dish I didn't love. This is definitely one of the best places to eat in the Midlands. Thank you for bringing this to Lexington Blair!

Food was alright for the price but it was not what I expected from the presentation of the establishment. It was good examples of southern food, but not especially innovative in it's presentation to the pallet.

Green beans were stewed with no flavor.
Sweet Potato Casserole was orange mush with nothing added.
The macaroni and cheese and french fries were decent but nothing special.

This restaurant does very little to differentiate itself from the majority of southern cuisine, but everything was appetizing and the price wasn't too bad.
