Autentico Sabor Latino

I went for the first time and tried the chicken empanadas. They're amazing, and made fresh. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

For months I have seen quesabirria all over my social media feeds. Autentico Sabor Latino came up on a Google maps search for restaurants near me and I saw that they had quesabirria on the menu with positive online reviews, so I decided to give it a try.

The food truck was located in a residential front yard on a corner lot. What I thought was the entrance was fenced off and I drove past multiple times before finally deciding to just pull into the driveway labeled "exit only".

I ordered a plate of tacos and a drink. The horchata was pretty good. The quesabirria tacos and consume didn't exactly knock my socks off, but weren't bad either. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I look forward to returning and trying out their other menu items in the near future.

Side note: I'm not sure if the hours posted on Google are up-to-date. I arrived over an hour before the posted closing time and they began to take down the menu boards and start closing down while my order was cooking.

Additional side note: Parking space is limited and there are no tables or chairs to eat at, so plan on taking your order to go.

Amazing Hispanic food, best I've had since I came here from Arizona. Also the staff are very friendly and polite.

Wow!! I am absolutely impressed with the quality and quantity of the food offered here. You get so much more than you pay for including the meats!

I devoured a Chicken and Steak burrito while my wife enjoyed the Queso Birria tacos which were cooked to perfection and oh SO delicious. We opted for an order of their Chicken empanadas to go for us to munch on later, but they didn't last 15 minutes after we got home until they were gone.

Definitely go check out these wonderful ladies take on Mexican & El Salvadoran dishes, you won't be sorry! The only downside for some: There are very few tables around the food-truck, so be prepared to get your order to go or eat in your vehicle. We noticed most people got their meals to go.

The pineapple mango drink was SO Good! The people were very nice and the food was great. Im not mexican so it was a little different from what i am used to at big mexican restaurants but much better. Wasnt expecting potatoes in my quesadilla but it was definitely a good surprise. And i thought the mango pineapple was homemade lemonade it was amazing. Ill probably stop everyday just for a cup of it.
