I don't think they believe in any seasoning at all not even salt or pepper. Not much different than a waffle house steak, except a better cut of meat. We prefer our steaks med rare, but they always bring them out rare, So now we always order our food to go so that I can bring them home, season them and cook them... But at 19.99 a steak, I believe they could do better.”

“We have eaten at a few of the Lizard's Thickets in the Columbia area for many years when visiting my parents. They are their favorite breakfast spots. This restaurant is no exception and served us all a great breakfast. As a group, we had eggs, pancakes, bacon, chicken, sausage, cheese grits, coffee and water. There service was good as was the food. I recommended this restaurant and the rest in this chain.”

“This place is so good. Make sure if you are a cheese lover then ask for extra cheese. Garlic knots with a salad are meal alone. The atmosphere is quaint. It is similar to most Italian restaurants decor. Wine vines and fake brick. Not the fastest service,but good food. Take out options are available. The dessert selection is nice. Once I got there he and the front counter lady were arguing and you could tell he was irritated/testy and I’m sure ready to go home. “Been here a few times and I always get great food and pretty large portions for a decent price. The service is great and very personable. My only issue is twice I've gone here and they were unable to do their mussels appetizer since the only chef who could make the sauce was out of the kitchen. Might want to share the recipe with the other chefs or train them as well to do it as it's my favorite thing they serve there. Other than that, pretty great food and the customer service is top notch.”
