That being said, there's never been a time I've ordered online (which is every time since joining Pizza Hut Rewards) that my order has been ready on time. Often I'm left waiting 30 minutes or more, like this visit. The silver lining for this visit is that they offered to comp my order.
I often order bone out wings. On one such occasion, my 8 piece wings consisted of 3 decently sizes wings and 5 pieces that I can only describe as crumbs. They do, however, offer to give you plenty of the wing sauce (mild buffalo on one such occasion) if you ask for it.
The people are nice enough, but sometimes a pleasant demeanor just isn't enough.
