“This place is excellent! Excellent food (especially but not limited-to maybe the best pizzas you will ever eat), excellent beverage selection (this small college town eatery will shock you with their well chosen list of fresh local and regional microbrewery ales and lagers), and excellent service (met one of the nicest young ladies, her name is Shannon I believe and she was the epitome of what one might expect from professional, friendly, knowledgeable floor staff ... she made us happy - we tipped her big. Oh, and excellent decor - plus even the music was outstanding! Listen, all their pizzas are good as is everything on their menu (evident by the crowds they pack-into the place during peak hours) but you gotta try The Foz. Oh, and the salads, the sandwiches, etc ... our Son attends the local college so we've made this our new favorite place when we travel there. Seems like parents and students and locals alike all agree about The Flying Pie. I cannot recommend it highly enough because Google only allows me to rate it 5 Stars ... it deserves 6.”

Then when you are presented with the menu by Adam you’ll be overwhelmed by the beautiful descriptions of a lobster roll, escargot, tuna tartare, Cheese plates, ect…..the only stress you’ll experience here is what to order. After you place your order, your food is served to you by the chef. Adam’s wife Alexandra. She personally checks on each table and you can actually taste the love and care she puts in her food. We had the lobster roll and truffle fries. To which I’ll tell you - you will never want to eat anyone else’s fries again. It can only be experienced and not explained. DO save room for whatever dessert Adam suggest because I’ve truly never seen my mother enjoy a dessert more. This magical restaurant literally made me feel like Alice who had fallen through the rabbit hole. Please let Adam and Alexandra know Catherine and Carol sent you because when you have a dining experience like this it will stay with you forever. I promise they will make you feel like royalty every single time you visit them. Be sure to check the hours because they are only opened for lunch but don’t miss hidden gem.”

They do big full scoops. The Pecan Praline is exquisite. Lovely location to take a stroll around the block and window shop. The Inside is clean and doesn't smell good or bad. “This was my man and I first time at this restaurant and we can not see ourselves going back to Greenville again to pick up another crab boil. This is our new spot. When you walk in the set up is nice and they have a board with specials on it. I wanted heavy hot seasoning and my friend wanted garlic. They really came through. The bag had enough food for two people and the price was responsible. If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would If you like seafood, you will really enjoy eating from this restaurant. Oh yeah we got our food and made a stop then to clinton and our food was blow on it hot before putting it into our mouth. Nothing was lukewarm and thats a two thumbs up for us….”

“Great Real Mexican cuisine. Order ahead since each plate made to order and takes some time. Good customer service and selection. Converted old gas station into a Mexican tienda and restaurant. Eat in or take out. Weekends are the best since they make fresh tortillas, grilled chicken, chicharon, pork and more. The tortas de carne are huge and so good. The outside could use a freshening up but please give them a try for genuine Spanish Mexican food.”

“The food was great as usual. We don't go to this location often because of attitudes like we experienced again. We went through the drive through and I spoke clearly. The staff member taking the order asked me to repeat myself several times. We made it to the window, got our receipt, and saw something wrong. I asked the staff member if it was listed wrong and she stated it was, so I asked if we were getting what we ordered and not what was on the receipt. She said we would get what we ordered. She hands us a large bag and closes the window. My wife and I look at each other wondering if that was everything we ordered, so she looks through the bag at every item and we were missing one cinnamon biscuit. We sat there for another minute until someone came bag to the window. A different staff member opens the window and hands us the biscuit we were missing. I asked if that was everything and she said yes. We thanked each other and drove away. My wife looked closer at the item that was wrong on the receipt and realized it was actually the wrong item. I turned around and parked. I went in with the receipt and wrong item. I got the staff member's attention who took our order. She came over and I showed her that we received the wrong item. She said it was the correct item and walks away as I'm speaking to her. At this point I'm boiling with anger at this staff member's poor skills. I keep my composure as another staff member asks if I needed something. I explained to her that the first staff member rudely walked away while I was speaking to her. She said she'll take care of my problem and personally made the item I originally ordered. I thanked her for her help and left. We may not visit this location again for a very long time.”
