    Mandy, the GM did call me and explain that the point of sale computers do ring up a med drink by default and as far as the soft drinks (Coke, etc), all drink sizes ARE the same price right now....except for coffee drinks. Many new employees are not realizing that the medium coffee that rings up automatically is NOT the same as the menu priced small coffee. While McDonald's should change their point of sale system to ring up the drink that comes with the menu price, whether it be soft drinks or coffee drinks, I can see where the mistake could be made. I did appreciate the call back form Mandy and she was very informative and polite.

    Dishonest!! Depending on the cashier (some of them are great) this location will upcharge your meal without you asking. After three incidents that were turned in to corporate McDonald's and the GM promising the issue would stop, it happen again today. When I caught it and pointed it out to the cashier, she stated that even though she upsized my breakfast meal coffee from a small to a medium without me asking, there's no extra charge for the medium. I then went inside and confronted the manager who also told me there was no extra charge for the medium size I did not ask for. When I produced a receipt from the previous day showing the same meal with a small coffee that cost less, they changed their tune. Then it was a story of how some cashier's are hitting the medium button on the register instead of the small and she would talk to the employees about it. They knew they had been caught in a lie at this point. I have already been told prior to today that the employees would be "talked to" about this practice and yet it continues. I also don't appreciate multiple employees lying to me about not paying extra for the medium upsized coffee just to try to pacify the situation. Unacceptable.

    The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. I decided to use the automated ordering. It seemed to take longer to order through the automated system then through going to the counter. But it was still a good experience to try it. The food was good as expected.

    Fast service, yet certain item's availability should be let known if they're time sensitive. Latte, ice creams, and the like should be available throughout the whole night. Cleaning these item's machines should be done when their sales are lowest! Clean the dang ice cream and shake machine during breakfast hours when hardly a soul would want them.

    This place has GREAT customer service as well as sweet tea! I am not joking y'all this places sweet tea is better than m&js and cracker barrel (cracker barrel makes it with syrup...just saying.)
