Moe's Southwest Grill

We have eaten here 2x now, both times we have been very happy. Food was fresh and our orders were made quickly. Nothing to complain about.

New location in the area. I ordered through the app and went inside at the time the app mentioned. It said that there’s a “pickup” station but I could not find it at all. After waiting in line (which I didn’t mind) the employee mentioned that the shelf behind the cashier was the pickup section. I would have never known without asking because there was very little signage except for a small delivery service pickup sign. After that confusion, it went well from there. Plenty of drink choices and the food was fresh and delicious.

So far great start for me, I hope it has been for everyone else, and very sorry if it hasn't. Back when I was in Florida every Moes I've ever been to had bad experience, with customer service, and old awful food that made me throw up. The drive through team is very efficient and fast at times. Food always comes out great with hot chips even while my order is online. I hope they keep this service up.
