Papa John's Pizza

I'm posting a second review because I eat here weekly some time 2 times a week and the management here is one of the best. I have seen some of the post on here about plates, forks and spatulas not being provided to folks, Well NEWS FLASH!!!! its pizza DUH! and its cut into slices. I am pretty sure the seating in here is only for the convenience of if you wish to set and eat from your box. its not a dine in Piazza Parlor. I really don't thing Seneca has one. so get over it and stop being Millennials! The pizza is great ! The service is great!

Pizza at great prices, Also the girl there (Mary) is wonderful with customer Service, thank you for being so nice to me and making my day when I was visiting my son in the upstate. see you next trip!

This place needs help. The food, when I finally got it, was decent - nothing to brag about, really. But from the order taking over the phone to the handing over of my pizza (carry out) the lack of professionalism in the employees was staggering. I've worked customer service, so I understand the pitfalls and try to be as empathetic as possible, but... ugh. It was not a good experience. Not sure I will return unless I start to hear things have changed for the better.
