Not from around this area, and needed to kill some time between appointments. Although they don't have too many options when it comes to coffee, the staff is extremely pleasant and I was impressed with the care in which they prepared my order. If you're looking for a quiet area to kill some time with friendly people in Orangeburg then I certainly recommend HOAGIES Cafe.

I ordered a great sandwich which I only could eat half of because I had to make room for their homemade cupcakes now these cupcakes should be outlawed . The cupcake itself was very moist not dry wonderful and itself but the icing is absolutely perfect not too sweet but I will drive 10 miles out of my way to go get these cupcakes the next time I'm in the area.
Please keep up the good work don't change the cupcakes I will be back thank you very much.

Manager need to ensure she is charging the same price for all customers. Posting of changes should be made, so that all persons feel they are being treated fairly. How much do you charge for eggs to be added to salad??
