    Bree has been helping me with my meal prep. She knows the meals and can guide you to meals she thinks you’d like. She hasn’t steered me wrong yet.
    The meats are tender, veggies are fresh and crisp!

    The muscle bites are so yummy! Delicious and healthy food! So glad there is a place in Clemson to get healthy food quickly! The owners are the sweetest people! I highly recommend Lean Kitchen!
