Wendy's

It was a Friday night. Workers had called in sick. Manager was having to train a new hamburger maker ( on a Friday night) and it just wasn't a good time!! I have to commend the manager, she remained calm, working hard, but service was very slow inside, as they were working to keep drive thru going.

This is the new chic filet without the chicken....customer servuce was the best, place was clean, people were nice. Wendy has it back on track

The staff is so welcoming. Nicer than chickfila!

Service was friendly, but seemed understaffed for the rush hour, not to mention they tried to cheat their POS causing issues with customer orders.

My order was prepared well though besides some dry chicken on my wrap, very good place.

Slowest fast food EVER....
Update : the lady at the window was truly sorry, and found out they were understaffed (maybe someone called in sick) and reinforcements literally arrived while I was still in line. Stuff happens and how you react goes a long way. The food was excellent by the way! Best bacon cheeseburger ever for real. 5 stars for food and the effort!
