Copper River Grill of Easley

We had a new waitress Sommer. She was doing a good job, however service was slow, but otherwise ok, especially since it was her 3rd day. She accommodated our requests and was very nice. It seemed like the place was understaffed for the demand but didn’t let that get them. The staff was doing the best they could and it showed. The food was great for a causal dinning restaurant. I sampled the rack of ribs and they were fall off the bone crispy outside and full of flavor. My entree was the Salmon dinner with a sweet potato and mixed vegetables, everything was hot when served and cooked fine. The salmon was a touch over cooked but savory salty and sweet. We had the Moose tracks desert and it was amazing, it really saved the dining experience with a hot brownie and cold ice cream.

Great food and helpful staff. Prices and amount of food are awesome compared to neighboring joints. Spacious aisles make it a great place to bring our toddler; we don't feel like the high chair gets in the way!

Took a little time to be seated. But it only took 2 seconds to be waited on. Jimmar was perfect. He made sure our drinks were filled and made us laugh. The food was great! Always enjoy this place.

Haven’t been in quite sometime and in the past two weeks I’ve been back twice now and the food was great, reasonable price and the service was also great. We had the same waitress, Clancy, both times and she was an absolute delight. Very personal, made sure we had everything we needed and waited in a timely manor and she always checked up on us to assure everything was in order, more than I’ve honestly experienced. Will definitely be going back a lot more often!

Decent food at decent prices. Nothing to write home about, but for what it is (casual dining), it's good. Better than average food selection, excellent salads, decent liquor selection, minimal wine selection but that's not their bag. If you're looking not to cook without breaking the bank, or get decent take out, this is a great fit.
