Arirang Restaurant

After getting turned away from Kimchi Korean restaraunt for whatever their non-reason was (a Weds. At 7:30 pm where they made every excuse on why they didn't want to serve my family), we went down to street to Arirang where we were treated wonderfully (both in terms of food and experience). Three people in my group had never had Korean food before (including my five year old niece) and they became converts that night. Thank you Arirang for showing wonderful hospitality.

This is the place to go for great korean food. A very nice family own and run restraunt. Amazing selections and, Oh the wonderful flavors of the food. Meals are cooked when ordered, and the variety of side dishes will astound. The portions are bit large, so bring friends. They have added table grills, so i cant wait to go back!

Loooooove this place! Of all the Korean restaurants on Decker this is by far my favorite. They are very fast and the food is exceptional. The service is okay, I go for the food! They give over 15 banchan even for the lunch special!!! And it is always something different coming out, a delicious surprise. I HIGHLY recommend this place over the other three Korean joints in the area.

The food was so good. I had the mackerel with soup and it was delicious. The side dishes are plenty. You have more than 10 small dishes to choose from. Will come back.

Arirang is a fun, very traditional Korean, hole in the wall restaurant. The food was good, the place was clean, and the service is good albeit a tad slow. So if you are in the mood to take your time and grab some authentic Korean grub then this is definitely the place for you. They also have a menu for to and you can have the person of having your Korean BBQ cooked tableside, which is a nice touch. I was not blown away by the food, but it is good and with a lot of options it will be a place that I visit again.
