Waffle House

This location was fantastic! There was a young lady there by herself on Monday April 22nd 2019 around 6ish pm. Which she never should of been. She was dressed in a cooks uniform. My group of 4 walked in she was very friendly took our order and started to cook it. When another group came in she quickly took their order finished ours, In between the 2 groups 3 to go orders were placed. This young lady rocked the house. Fantastic service! Fantastic food! She deserves a some thing! She could totally been bummed out since her co worker called out and the staff didn't find anyone to come help her. But she ROCKED OUT LIKE A ROCKSTAR! Someone I would hire!!

I went in, sat down & waited. It was not busy. So I waited. Finally after almost 20 min. I got up to leave & the waitress stated "I'm sorry, I didnt see you there". I sat back down & she asked for my order. I told her & as I finished a second waitress came on duty. The first never wrote down my order. She verbally told the second one. The second one came over & repeated the order, of course leaving out part which I corrected. My food arrived. The waitress asked if I needed any more coffee. I said "no thank you". She & the first waitress sat down & started looking at their phones. (See picture) I have NEVER been in a restaurant where the waitresses sit down especially when there is water on the floor, sticky syrup on tables & other things that they can clean, put up or straighten. Also both waitresses had sour dispositions, you could tell that neither one wanted to be there. As far as the food. The waffle was ok, just like a waffle but the bacon was delicious and cooked just right.

I used to eat at this location about 2 or 3 times per week with my girlfriends until the South became Rowdy unruly and even disrespectful. Over the last few weeks there have been two new guys there in the evening one has a New York accent and the other works the grill. The two of them run the restaurant like a rockstar are very polite and our orders are always right.

Normally things are strange on third shift at Waffle House, this time; craziness on first shift! Had a great waitress, she got my Dad to laugh and that is not easy. She did a great job, especially; considering the other crazy customers. I should have taken down her name and contacted corporate, I remember it started with a L.

Service was really great. I appreciate the server, cook and everyone else there. Its all love there. Mr. Anthony was really great man
