Really delicious and honest service. We tried a variety of things and all the food is cooked to order. Good recommendation

The food is good. I found more training is needed for customer service. I usually call in but on my last 3 attempts I was told "we have too many orders and it is an hour wait. You must come I to order." The whole point of calling in is to avoid the long wait times. Why would I come in and order and wait an hour when I can be running errands or at home until my order is ready. It defeats the purpose.

They have great food. I was disappointed in the $6.99 kids meal that came with 2 pieces of meat and LOTS of fries. There is also a hospitality tax added to your meal on top of the tax we already have to pay. I never paid the hospitality tax before during my other visits here. Maybe the cashier was new because that was my first time seeing her there. Other than this I would have given 5 stars

I saw the bad reviews, tried it myself, and loved it. Don't believe everything you read (especially on the internet)! I was close by and thought I would give it a try. The reviews were all over the map so I wasn't sure if it would end badly, but I got shrimp and crab pasta and it was great. The portions were plenty for lunch with enough left to take home for later. Flavor was good, not overly spicy or highly seasoned - definitely good tasting.
The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful... I don't know what else I could ask for.

I told her I had seen all the bad reviews and said to myself..."How bad could it possibly be?" I told her that if there was a problem, I was confident that she would be able to solve it to the satisfaction of all concerned. She graciously took my order anyway! After receiving my food, I quickly decided that I would be back to eat there again.
