My hat's off to the chef and their staff because the food was phenomenally unpredictable and deliciously creative. However, I've avoided the restaurant for over 5 years because they were stingy about their portion sizes and unwilling to make simple substitutions; not much has has changed. It is so disappointing and why they don't have my business more regularly. I truly hope this changes going forward because their menu is wonderful.
This place is really good! The prices are a little high but the quality of food is great. Only reason I rated them a 4 instead of 5 star is because the chicken on my husband's sandwich was very dry. Tasted a little bland but we let our server know and she apologized asking if we wanted to speak to a manager. But we just wanted her to let the kitchen know. It tasted like they precooked then cooked it again to warm it up. I was happy with my sandwich. I got the croissant breakfast sandwich, which my husband was drooling over! We will definitely be back to try something new!
Went there today for lunch with one of my old students. I love this place for Sunday brunch but now had to get lunch. They had open face roast beef sandwich. It was huge! Ton of fries (they are crispy and good) but I could not eat many of them. OK you don’t know me I am huge and I love fries! So satisfying. Never a disappointment, always fantastic. When in Columbia eat at Di Prato’s!
The food was good and we were seated quickly. Service was fast and efficient. My only concern is that the restaurant is small and the tables are close to one another, which may leave some a little claustrophobic.
I ate lunch there. The gouda and bacon pimento cheese sandwich was to die for! There was a big crowd for lunch, but it was well managed. The service was great! There were dessert cases around the front of the restaurant that were packed with homemade goodies. There was plenty of parking.
