(November 7, 2018, 1:58 pm)I wrote a pretty harsh review of this firehouse subs a few years back. However, it has done a complete turn around! The staff are nice and welcoming. They even remember my name. The food is of course always great! I place an order at least once a week.

(October 22, 2018, 6:23 pm)My order is always ready upon arrival. I especially love the $4.99 special that needs to remain for the duration. Workers are polite and friendly. Only thing is they never mention the loyalty program, I had to find out on my own and they never remind you to enter your phone number so that you can earn the points.
