Arby's

This cashier was very pleasant who took my order. It took a few minutes to get my food but it was worth the wait. The food was hot and freshly made. The lobby could have been a little cleaner but it was the lunch rush. It is worth trying.

The service was good, but the food was off. I ordered the Hawaiian brisket. The roll was hard and not the sweet flavor of Hawaiian rolls as advertised. My friends ordered the regular roast beef and the meat was sliced very thick instead of the usual thin slices. We finished our meal, but none of us were impressed, especially after having to wait ten minutes for our sandwiches and there was no one ahead of us.

They gave me a free upgrade to a milkshake when i found out they had that delicious mint shake with the candy. I had a coupon and they still let me use it. Food was perfect. Staff was super friendly.

I appreciate you can get a salad as a side without an upcharge. I also appreciate they give you decent sized cups for water. The staff was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my meal!
