Jimmy John's

The sandwiches were ok, we ordered a little Jimmy box for work. The bread was really hard. The young lady at the register seemed to be having a tough time, no smile, no greeting just here is your ticket and money.

I called Jimmy John's on Gervais St told guy make it good cause I was gonna do a review. He was friendly and my food came in record time. But they forgot my onions! I really wanted that...Kinda messes my whole sub up. It was so plain. And I was disappointed. I even texted my husband like I hate not driving to work, everytime I ordered delivery it's wrong I wait forever and it's overly priced. To be so muchiney ordering out and your s*** be wrong is f***

I have visited this establishment twice, 2 different times of the day. I I definately prefer their night staff over their day. The day staff does not really communicate with customers like they should. They just set the sandwiches to the side and don't say whose is what. A customer came up and asked if they were their sandwiches and the guy just pulled it away and didnt say anything. They were mine which should not have been the case either. That customer was in their way before us and had been waiting awhile. Now the night staff were friendly and interactive with the customers and super efficent.

Order was very fast! Sandwich was really tasty.
