Mack's Restaurant

I love Mack's! It's been around for more than 50 years and the interior and exterior looks rough but trust when I say, you won't be disappointed if you want a delicious burger and onion rings. I've never had it but I've been told that the fried bologna sandwich is also a treat. There is a specific ordering process that is helpful to know. Go in the back door to get in line. Sometimes the line is out the door but don't let this deter you. The line moves quickly because most of the staff has worked at Mack's for decades. Once you get to the ice cream freezer, place your order for your sandwich only. Keep moving in line and arrive at the back of the soda machineand sometime we'l take your drink order and put it on your tray. They will also ask if you want onion rings or fries. YOU DO. Once you get to the register, it's likely all on the tray ready for pick up and payment. Find a table and enjoy. The entire offering process takes about 10 minutes at most.

Very fast service. I got my double cheeseburger increadably fast. The meat was just a little off. It was cooked well done so I ate it all without complaint. I've had lunch here before many times and everything was very good.

Excellent fresh hamburgers. Great service by nice people it looks a bit worn, but the food and service are terrific. It is directly across from the Fire department. Very popular during lunch.

What can I say...legendary. Absolutely the best burger in town! Old school southern customer service like " whatcha need hon?" Or" thanks sweetheart". You gotta try this place!
