Great service! As always! Food was fresh and if you sign in into your chicfila app on your device, you get a reward for a free 8 piece nugget or free kale salad until the end of the month!

Like 3 stars indicate. My visit was ok. I did not appreciate having to locate an associate for a code, just to use the men's restroom. I realize its to keep homeless individuals out but I expected more from a restaurant chain that's based on Christian principles. Perhaps a shred of compassion?

Really good, solid fast food experience. Inexpensive, delicious, and served with impeccable service. Rush times, like breakfast and lunch, can be difficult, but they do the best they can to cut the wait-- there's only so much they can do, though, when everyone in Columbia is heading to this one location.

Food and service great.

An employee taking a break made a video call. Too loud for patrons around to enjoy their in conversations. Other employees taking breaks grouped together blocking patrons. Just not the norm. Must be an off morning.

Employees were nice to patrons but didn't hear thank yous when orders were taken to employees on break.

I know it's a hazard of putting creamers out, but all choices were super sticky. Not sanitary.
