Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse

Over all good experience. We had a reservation , but when we arrived had a 30 minute wait. They made there apologies. And made up for it with good hospitality. Food was excellent. Priced very well considering other Brazilian Steakhouses. I do recommend.

Edit: They fell flat on their face this visit... Had an 8:00pm reservation and we are still waiting to be seated at 8:35pm, not sure what the point in reserving a table is...

Re-edit: Definitely redeemed themselves tonight! Wonderful service, exceptional food, and got sat early for our reservation! Maybe last time was just an off night!

We came out during restaurant week. They have a lot of good options to choose from. The meats continuously came rolling in and we were sure to try so many cuts! The salad bar and hot bar have a lot of pairings to make a full meal. The sauces taste homemade

This site is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. when I feel like having a superb dinner, this is the place that comes straight to my mind. Great and all sorts of food and a large menu.well mannered staff members, and great spirit. In addition to that, the cost is affordable. I recommend this restaurant with no hesitation.

First let me preface this with the knowledge that this was my first time here and I had extremely high expectations. Now with that being said...I wasn't satisfied nor happy with this flavorless meal. I'm sure those in large parties enjoyed every moment because the gauchos spent majority of their time around their table. For an intimate evening out, trying to spoil my husband, this was a far cry of the experience I was hoping to have. What meats we were able to get at our table lacked seasoning, I actually had to ask for salt (to which I must say I never use). My Brazilian friend cooks with such flavor that I was shock that it was so bland. However, the meat was cooked beautifully and very tender, it just needed finishing salt. The sides bar was mediocre for the price and limited presentation. Our one redeeming moment was that our waitress noticed that meats were not coming to our table, so she went and placed a request for us. We still never tasted the meats we wanted nor were ever offered the pineapple. We left never wanting to return and completely disappointed in our over $100 experience. To our waitress, thank you for doing your absolute best, you were wonderful. Our meal was neither picture or instagram worthy 😩
