I Heart Mac & Cheese

At this moment I Am dining in this restaurant and I only took 1 bite out of the classic Mac and cheese bowl and fell instantly in love. I haven't even finished the bowl and was immediately inclined to leave a 5 star review. All the staff were very friendly and down to Earth! The place was clean and I will definitely be bringing a date here real soon. Thanks for the experience!

My wife and I visited on a Wednesday night around 8:30pm. There were about 4-5 other customers inside, but the line moved well. The employees were helpful in choosing items and sides. I chose the Cuban Sandwich (pictured). It was pretty good, but I did not expect the ham to be the little salad squares. That was off-putting. Other than that it was a good experience.

I understand the restaurants just opened but the staff isn't organized at all. The really need to hire new employees or re-train the current ones!! Got the skinny sweet & spicy (would not recommend) wasn't hot, tasted like they pulled it straight out the microwave. However, the two different items my spouse and child got where excellent. They order the best of both worlds and the classic mac. I'm giving 3 stars because of lack of customer service skills, unorganized staff and because my food was not great.

Today was my first time trying this restaurant and my overall experience was pretty good. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling faces. It took some time for me and my boyfriend to figure out what we wanted and the staff were also pretty helpful with recommendations. I had the lobster grilled cheese which was really good. Slightly overpriced but it’s lobster. My boyfriend enjoyed the build your own bowl , which I had a few bites and it was good as well. The only thing we didn’t care too much for is the Buffalo Mac bites. Also to add this establishment is kept very clean and black owned. I will definitely be coming back!

Likes: protein and veggie options. Taste of food. Open until 10pm.
Dislike hard to hear and talk to employees. Maybe cut music down a little. Forgot to put my sauce on build your own Mac bowl. Would like to see more sauce options like ranch and chipotle ranch or buffalo. Will be back to try different combinations.
