    Friendly staff. Best hushpuppies ever. Okra is VERY good. Bbq pork is good with interesting yet tasty Dr. Pepper sauce. Ribs exceptionally good and fell off the bone.

    One of my favorite things about driving all over the Upstate of SC for my job is that I get to discover delicious eateries off the beaten path. CD's was a great discovery. The owners and staff were very hospitable and attentive. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. Look forward to being able to grab lunch there again!

    Everything was delicious! We had ribs, which fell off the bone, pulled pork which was tender, and grill cheese for the kids (which they liked). We tried the Dr.Pepper sauce and the Sweet and Mild. Both were good and both were on the side, which we prefer. We liked everything and we plan on returning soon!

    I really enjoy the BBQ here. The mac and okra are some of my favorite sides. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I can definitely recommend this restaurant for a good meal.

    So we made it back on smoked wing day for our second visit...just to make sure the first visit wasn't a fluke. CD's is the real deal! Ate my first wing without sauce as the ultimate test. Just a little salt brings out a nice smoky flavor--crisp on the outside and moist inside. Fried okra was top shelf, as usual. The baked mac was just like grandma's. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere. Real iced tea. Gotta taste the Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce. I drank the last bit from the dipping cup :o
