You can't go wrong at kitchen 292. I had chicken salad sandwich with a bowl of chicken stew. The care that was taken to make each is comparable to what I had growing up. The chicken salad was fresh with a crispiness and the flavor was unmatched. The chicken stew was perfect for this overcast afternoon.

Then came the beignet. Perfect. I will make a suggestion to anyone about to eat a beignet; get it to go. I would've been self conscious licking the plate at the restaurant, didn't concern me at home. Do yourself a favor, if you're reading this, make it a priority to get to kitchen 292, you will not regret it.

Delicious food. Great service. Friendly staff.
I enjoyed the fish and chips. My son devoured the grilled cheese. Hand cut fries are off the charts. Burgers are amazing. Philly subs are fantastic.

A good menu and moderately priced. Our waitress was friendly, helpful, and always available, but not annoying. The only two issues were minor ones, but they are noticeable. The first was the hamburgers were not seasoned before cooking, and the second was the fried onion stack was way too greasy. I think the frier temperature may have been too low. We will go back as the food was good, and the service was top notch.
