The wait staff was wonderful and attentive. They made me feel like I was in their own home! Highly recommend! The food was great!

Excellent food, perfectly cooked every time I have been here. Today I had the seafood fajitas and all the seafood was perfectly cooked and it came out sizzling hot. The servers are all wonderful. The portions I feel are very large and could be smaller because the quality is high and I would rather have quality over quantity knowing this will help them stay in business.
Nice and clean ambience and convenient location.

Best Mexican food I have ever had period including anything from Mexico, Texas or California. It's like the took the best dishes from every Mexican restaurant and brought them here but made them even better. Everything is cooked fresh to order, nothing is precooked! The portions are large so be prepared to be stuffed. We are already trying to decide how many times a week we can eat here without getting fat or tired of all of the yummy goodness. They have totally remodeled the place and done a damn good job. Love it!!!!

Ordered the Pollo Fundido and my son ordered a Chimichanga. Served piping hot and great flavor! It's a welcome addition to Lyman.

Just tried the new Casa Carrion. I got the Hawaiian Fajitas, which is served in a half of a grilled pineapple. Beautiful presentation!! Loved the blend of flavors!
I also tried the Ceviche, and it was perfectly prepared. Service was a bit slow, however it was very busy, so that is understandable. Plan to go back & try some other items soon.
