Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

The young staff here makes it easy to have a comfortable interaction. The only thing I wish I could change here would be the prices! A bit over priced but always good food!

They have the BEST cheesesteaks! My family likes the burgers and hotdogs. And around here it's one of only a few places that serve tots. Personally I love the 50s decor and oldies music they play! Service has always been friendly and fast too. All in all, I'd highly recommend it!

First time trying it out last night and I have to say that the hubby and I loved it. Burger kind of reminded me of Freddy's (before they closed down.. ????) except with more topping choices. The burger patties are not as thick as their pictures show, but they are tasty and buns were soft....just how I like it. Bacon was crispy, Yay! Fries were good (I prefer crinkled cut but at least these were crispy). Did not care for the chili cheese version though. The chili just wasn't all that great. Wouldn't order that again. We also tried the fried pickles. They get them super crispy which is awesome. But just like most places, pickles are really salty (and some places even salt the batter on top of that...????) but, in moderation, these were really good. And last, but certainly not least, was the frozen custard. Yep, DELICIOUS! Excellent Strawberry milkshake. Our waitress (wish I could remember her name, wasn't on receipt) was really nice/helpful and attentive enough that we always had enough drink in our cups. Prices were good too. We will definitely be back.

Good food. A little pricey for a cheeseburger so I suggest the deal they have for 2 people. Same good food at a reasonable price. Everyone I encounter is always very friendly.
