Health in Hand Juice and Smoothie Bar

My absolute favorite breakfast spot in the upstate. It’s all vegan except for local honey. But vegan or not great place for fresh healthy food. Good tasting, and good for you! Ths staff are welcoming and very helpful to new comers. All around great place!

Health in hand is my favorite place in downtown Spartanburg! Everything about it gives me good vibes. The food is healthy, delicious, and perfect! The atmosphere is very nice as well and the employees are always so kind and are always willing to help answer any questions you have about the menu! 10/10 recommend! If I could give 100 stars I would!!!

Super friendly staff and everything i have tried has been amazing. (i go a lot lol)! To pick a few favorites you FOR SURE need to try the chunky monkey!! It is all i can do to keep from licking the bowl when i am done. Also the black Buddha is a top favorite! i could have the black Buddha and/or chunky monkey every day if i could! I have tried a few of their juices that Emily makes fresh by hand ( i watched her do it one morning) and they are delicious. She has a juice cleanse and health plan that she is so helpful with!! You are seriously not going to find a place with better service and fresher ingredients! If you have never been it is a must try!!!

Great place to get a super healthy and delicious smoothie or breakfast bowl! Very clean, super friendly staff, and a great place to relax and sit outside on a warm day. I love their choices of fresh, healthy, delicious options. I would highly recommend this wonderful establishment!! A true gem in downtown.

I love Health in Hand! I know I’m getting clean, fresh, made to order tasty product every time I go. Emily has crafted truly tasty recipes with a variety of fruits and veggies. I’ve tried so many new fruit and veggie combos since coming there. It’s so delicious! I especially love the convenience of ordering through the app!
