Firehouse Subs

Had a small issue - one of the meatballs in my husband's sandwich was too hard to even bite let alone chew, but Quita immediately worked with us to make it right! (And Aisia, thank you for getting Q for us!) There will always be things that go wrong but I always appreciate people that make it right. We'll be back!

I like the fact that on your birthday you can get a free sub. And this year I was sick and couldn't go to get one. The guys and women who work there are nice.

Great fast service , great food, and awesome staff. Definitely will go back.

The girl who took my order was not paying attention to what I said. I ordered a small sub on white bread and she tried to ring up a large sub on wheat bread. I told her it was to go and she asked was it for here. She needs to be trained on active listening or find a new job. The girl who made my food was very friendly though. Food was alright.
