Gerhards' Cafe

Gerhard's was great, as always! We were a party of 4, ordered starters, entrees and desserts, all outstanding. I had the filet mignon with green peppercorn sauce with fried potatoes, one of their classic entrees. Steak was flavorful and tender, potatoes were crisp and delicious. We shared coconut shrimp, fried pickles and hush puppies as starters..all super good. Very generous servings! I had the Chocolate Lovers Cake for dessert...phenomenal. was a wonderful evening. Our server, Dylan, was a delight. Classic old world decor, charming, romantic..you can actually carry on a conversation with the people at your table because they can hear you! Very highly recommend this restaurant.

The menu here is exceptional. Has a German bent to it and every dish sounds amazing. You'll want to come back to try something else. I still need to try the wild boar and the elk. Beautiful food, good setting, great service - recommended.

Amazing place. It was crowded but rightly so and they were fast to find us a seat. The spinach dip was the best I've ever had, and I have had many more than I should ever admit. The pizza looked amazing, and the German food is as authentic as it is Austrian. Good beer on tap and good servers who seem happy to be there. Can't wait to go back.
