Rigsby's Smoked Burgers, Wings & Grill

Our family came in to eat Brunch today and the food was great. We did have to wait a fairly long time for our meal to come out, we did get a few appetizers pretty quick though. We will be back for sure mainly due to the outstanding service we received from Sam. She went above and beyond to make sure she came and checked on us, tried to keep us updated on when our food would be out, kept our drinks full, very knowledgeable about the menu also gave some great drink suggestions. Despite the fact they were totally overwhelmed with guests during the Sunday Rush, we felt very appreciated as guests. As a server while in college years ago, I appreciate good service, this was exceptional and the fact, she had a smile on her face the whole time, also made time to answer all of our kiddos many questions. This made what could of been a decent first experience AMAZING. We will be back and hope Sam will be there to serve our party again. All the recommendations like the brisket fry's & our different beers we had paired perfect with our meal. So glad to see a such a nice restaurant close to my office downtown. I will be highly recommending Rigsbys & our server to all of my friends and family. Thanks guys.

1st go at Rigsby's in Spartanburg was a success on my grading scale. My wife and I ordered a watermelon margarita, shrimp n grits, fish n grits , collard greens, caesars salad, house salad. Chelsea was our server and she was great👍. Looking forward to checking out more food and maybe even a beer or two.

Have been waiting a while for Rigsby’s to open with high expectations. We just completed our first meal and it met and surpassed all those expectations.
The place has a great relaxed vibe like your favorite old restaurant but with all the new bells and whistles. The service from Misty was outstanding, only thing better was the food. My wife and I agree with other reviews that they were cooked perfectly per our request. Wife ordered hers medium well, mine medium. They were both spot on which almost never happens.
We both thought the fries were excellent and the milk shake for desert is a must try. Highly recommend this new restaurant in Spartanburg. To all those involved in bringing Rigsby’s to Spartanburg; Thank you and we’ll see you again soon.

Lovely atmosphere. Our waitress was very attentive. Our food came quickly and was quite delicious. We'll definitely be back.

I order an Old School burger and got fries. The burger was amazingly juicy and cooked perfect. The waiter asked me how did i want it cooked and i told her done, not well done but not raw either. It was perfect. The pattie was slightly pink in the very center. It was perfect. The fries are no where near my favorite. Some folks may like them. They remind me of the old mushy fries Wendys use to have with sea salt. I will definitely return and maybe see if there is another side option from fries.
