(June 20, 2023, 2:42 pm)I had not been back to Simple Simon in a while but my most recent (May) visit was not as good as previous visits. I think they are short staffed in the kitchen, so although the waitstaff is good, the overall effect is a very long wait-time for the food... in my case on a Saturday morning about 45 minutes. The food is good, but until they get the kitchen situation under control I will probably go somewhere else.
