Red Lobster

Very nicely designed ship-lapped truss-ceiling store. Oversized portion sizes. Delightful atmosphere. The server was of the absolute most excellent. You will be honoured to tip well, I'd have you know!

Red Lobster being the "good" seafood restaurant in Sumter, SC is like Taco Bell being the "good" Mexican restaurant in California. I ordered the shrimp or seafood pasta and I think pre-frozen cocktail shrimp was used in the dish because they were very pink and chewy. Y'all can do better Red Lobster, Beyonce brought her man here after he did her good.

Excellent customer service! The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

They were very accomadating!! I got frozen lemonade even though it's not on the menu. I asked for garlic sauce instead of butter and was given the garlic scampi sauce. Found it wasn't garlicky enough and the manager corrected this for me and brought it out personally. She made another batch but with chopped garlic added. If you love a strong garlic flavour I would recommend that you ask for this with even the shrimp scampi as I find it only has a hint of garlic flavour. Kudos to the team!!! Server even informed me that if I fill out the survey right there I could get a drinking glass. Was surprised at the quality of it. It's heavy and made from thick glass, isn't flimsy at all.
My only complaint would be the serving size of the sides, especially the fries.
