Sonic Drive-In

Sonic is an okay place to eat in Sumter. I rarely get anything from there but when you are really hungry the Sonic on Broad Street is open 24/7. This time we got a slushie for my daughter(she likes those), mozzarella sticks for all of us(those were just about like ones from any fast food place although we've eaten better), cheddar bites(we were not a fan of those at all, you didn't taste the cheese at all...they were plain all you could taste was grease) and we also got tater tots (those we normally like but this time they were kind of mushy like they weren't cooked all the way). So all in all we spent $26 & some change for my daughter to have a slushie she liked and for food that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Next time we will go to the Waffle House or somewhere.

The lady in the drive through was so awesome especially with it being 3 in the morning! most drive through folks act like they hate there lives at that time of night. All the food was fresh and tasted great.

Super fast service, and surprisingly, you can actually eat inside of this Sonic. Be warned, it can be really difficult to get in/out of on a busy day, as the traffic on this street is horrendous. I didn't eat inside, but my food ordered was delivered extremely fast, and was perfect in every way. Next time I go I will check out the inside to see how it is. Recommended.

The food seems alright and sometimes tastes and feels like it's been left out a little and some of the flavor is lost. The lady workers are really nice and sweet. It's pretty simple to get in and out of there. If you would like to get out easier rather than try and squeeze into traffic then go towards the back and there is another easier way to exit but be very slow as there is a hard bump.
